As a Voys customer, you have the convenience of using this application to easily make phone calls using your company's landline number.

How does it work?

Setup:

Sign in using the username and password associated with your Voys account. Enter your personal cell phone number in the 'Settings' tab. Upon initial login, the app will request permission to access your cell phone's contact list.

Phone calls with the App:

• You can make calls by simply clicking on a number from the recent calls list, selecting a contact, or manually dialing a number using the numpad.

Two-way phone calls:

The app will establish a two-way call - one from your business number to your cell phone and another from your business number to the chosen destination. The platform initiates a call within seconds. Answer the call to connect with the contact you intend to call, displaying your company's phone number. Your company covers both incoming and outgoing call fees at standard rates.
